Recent Activities

A few weekends ago, we went digging for diamonds at the diamond mines in Murfreesboro and worked all day long without finding much of anything.  We had such a good time though.  The girls and I went hiking on a trail while Jason kept digging.  He literally dug a 4 foot deep hole in some hard, hard dirt.

Krispy Kremes...mmmmm...need I say more?

We went to Branson this past weekend and had a great time.  The girls got to go to Build-a-bear and the candy store.  We went to a magic show (right up Jason's alley) and snuck in a little shopping.  The best part was staying at the indoor water park.  The girls just had a blast!

Then we stayed with our good friends in Harrison Saturday night.  Some gals from my old Bunko group came over that night and we had a ladies' night, which was much needed!!!  It was fun catching up and hearing all the stories!!!!  Here's some pics of the ladies and the kids all having fun.  Aren't her kids cute???!!!  Thanks, girl, we had such a nice, relaxing visit.  You're a good friend.

Oh, aren't they sweet.  :)

And the big news is Megan got her long hair cut off.  She's been wanting to do it for a while now, and I finally gave in.  She looks pretty cute, but it was sad seeing so much being cut off.  Our next door neighbor is a beautician, and she did a great job.

Okay, no more anonymous blog stalking for me. :) I love the pics! It looks like you guys have had some fantastic family time lately...what a blessing! Tell Megan we love her hair. Too cute. I remember the first time I let Laura cut her hair...it was hard, but I ended up loving it. Of course, now it is long again and I love that, too. ;)

Love you guys,
Dawn
Oh, BTW, are you on facebook?

Megan, I love your haircut. Sounds like you guys had a great time. I was born and raised in Ar. and except for 3 years have lived all my life here, and not once been to dig diamonds. Maybe that's something Herb and I can do since we have retired. We would love to see you during the holidays. If you're coming through Conway, come by. Lee and Kelli will be here from Wed to Sunday. Have a great Thanksgiving, and give the girls a hug from Bebe.
Love you,
Barb
